Join us for a visit to the New-York Historical Society for the exhibition Panoramas: The Big Picture, which features masterpieces including John Trumbull’s double vistas of Niagara Falls (1808) and Richard Haas’ trompe l’oeil panorama of Manhattan (1982). The artworks will provide an opportunity to reflect on themes from our reading groups on Power, Technology, and Human Nature.
