Dr. Elvira Parravicini runs the Neonatal Comfort Care Program in Columbia at Columbia University Medical Center, a ground-breaking program that helps babies with life-limiting conditions and their families. In this talk, Dr. Parravicini will discuss her work and the principles that animate it. She will explore why we should care for the most vulnerable members of our society, as well as the ways in which her work has clarified truths about the human condition.
The event is open to undergraduates, graduate students, and recent graduates and will take place via Zoom.
