This fall Manfred Honeck, music director of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, makes his debut at the Metropolitan Opera conducting Idomeneo. Mozart’s first opera takes place during the Trojan War, with members of Crete’s royal family intermingling with the heroes of Homer and Aeschylus. Join us for brunch with Maestro Honeck before he conducts the matinée performance.
