Morningside brings scholars and students together to examine enduring ideas, create intellectual friendship, and enrich these ideas and friendships with the vibrant life of New York City. To do this, we promote rigorous humanistic inquiry, cultivate each student’s intellectual and moral development, and connect the questions and ideas that we investigate in our programs with the city’s cultural opportunities.

All of our programming is open to undergraduates, graduate students, and recent alumni (within five years of graduation), unless otherwise specified. Some of our events this semester will take place in person at our office.
